Below you will find the answers to the most common questions that we receive from you. Should this not answer your doubts, please contact us via contact form or directly via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will be more than happy to answer your questions!
How can I place an order?
If you wish to place an order in our store, this is the best news that made our day today! ;-)
To do so, please register first in our store (create an account). Only registered customers can place the orders. To do so, please simply go to My Account. You will find it in the upper right corner of our www – just click on this icon .
Once you are done with registration, go ahead, you can shop whatever you want from our selection of adult baby clothing. In Privatina we only make customized and tailor made clothing. It means that within each product you will have a chance to choose between available fabric types, fabric designs, embroideries, as well as special options like: lockable zippers, extra mittens, etc.
After you are done with your selection, simply place your customized product in the check out. At the end, please check the confirmation of your order in your e-mail box. If you cannot find it, please check also a SPAM folder.
How does it work with choosing the fabric type and design?
Variety and unlimited choice of how you can customize your order is the core of how we work in Privatina. Each products can be made from any currently available designs and fabrics. We like to change designs often because this is how it never gets boring ;-)
Where can I give my individual body measurements?
In Privatina we mainly make individual and customized products. By giving your exact body measurements, we will make sure that the product will fit you perfectly.
This option will be available after you create an account in our store. After you do that, simply go to customer panel. If you do not know how to take your individual measurements, please read this link -> Your size information.
When will I receive my product?
Since we only make tailor made clothing, we need approximately up to 14 days to manufacture your order after the order and shipping costs has been fully paid. Once your individual order is ready, we will hand over the package to the courier. The shipping time itself depends on the destination. Within EU, it usually takes between 4-7 days, while when shipping overseas it might take event 10-14 working days.
I want to change my order. Is it possible?
After you paid for your order, usually there is no chance to make changes in your product because we might have already started with the production of your individual order. However, it is always worth to ask, so please do not hesitate to contact us indicating the desired change and we will be more than happy to check with the production team whether introduction of the change is still possible.
Can I return my product?
Most of our products are customized and tailor-made. It means they are unique and made especially for you, according to your individual wish and given body measurements (unique size).
As such, they cannot be returned ... please notice, that according to European regulations the right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of products, which were made according to the customer's specification.
It is like that simply because we would be not able to sell it again – because no one else in the whole World have the same body measurements and special wishes as you have J So the Law protects also little bit the Seller.
The above said, of course, does not apply to our special offers – single item sale (we happen sometimes to offer ready-to-deliver products), as well as of course, you have undisturbed right to ship back the product in case of mistaken delivery. In such case, we will fix it, and send back to you, as soon as possible.
I am not receiving Newsletter. Why is that so?
To receive the Newsletter you have to first sign up to our Newsletter. Once you successfully went through that process, please make sure to add our @ - address to your e-mail contact book, otherwise our e-mail may end up in SPAM folder.
Do you ship to pack stations?
Yes, we ship also to pack stations. Please indicate the correct information and data of the pack station while purchasing. A phone number will also be helpful.
Can I suggest my own ideas and designs when it comes to Privatina clothes?
Sure! We will be more than welcome to make your creative ideas happen! Remember, only the sky is the limit. Please send your idea to us via e-mail (send to email@example.com).
My address does not fit the format. What to do?
Correct format of the address is super important since it is the condition for successful und undisturbed delivery. If you have a problem with indicating the correct format of your address while purchasing, please write it in the correct format in the comment to your order. Please also leave your phone number, it will be very helpful for the courier to reach you.
What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs depend on the country of destination as well as from the weight of your order. The exact calculation will follow while purchasing process, before confirming of the order by you.
I want a VAT invoice. Do you sell the products to companies?
Sure! Please contact us via e- mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will agree all the details.
What is the status of my order?
The status of your order will be visible in your customers account.
I placed an order in, but I have not received the confirmation by E-Mail.
Please check the SPAM folder. For the future purposes, please add our @-address to your e-mail contact book.
Will I be charged for additional customs duties in my country when ordering from Privatina?
Each time we ship outside EU it might be a case, depending on the local custom regulations of your country of residence. In case of shipping within EU, there will be no extra fees.
