How can I place an order?

Nothing makes us happier than earning the trust of our customers. Having said that, thank you for considering your first purchase through Privatina!

The steps are as follows:

First, you need to register by creating an account, since only registered customers can place orders. To do this, you need to click on My Account, which is the .icon on the upper right corner in the navigational bar.

Once you register, you can browse any category and shop the models you prefer from any collection of adult baby clothing. You can choose adult baby onesies jumpsuits, skirts and dresses, abdl overalls, or diaper panties.

Once you land on a product page, you will notice a plethora of customization options. From available designs, fabric types, and embroideries, to special options like lockable zippers, extra mittens, etc. This is because we at Privatina firmly believe in the importance of customization. Our manufacturing process insists on tailor made items, which is quite unique in the abdl community.

Finally, just place the order and continue through checkout. You will receive a confirmation of your order via e-mail, which will arrive in your inbox, but check the SPAM folder just in case.

Can I really choose the fabric type and design?

Of course! Our vision at Privatina is to offer unlimited customization. Just browse through the list of currently available designs and fabrics and follow your heart’s desire. The catalogue is updated often, which gives you plenty of opportunities to create special items of clothing.

Where can I specify my individual body measurement and sizing requirements?

While we offer a collection of ready-made products at discounted prices, our main focus is on customized, tailor made items. Therefore, by giving your exact body measurements, you ensure proper fit regardless of the model or type of abdl clothing.

The option of specifying your exact sizing requirements will be available upon creating your account. After the account is created, head over to the customer panel, and enter your body measurements. When will I receive my product?

Since your order is tailor made, we need up to 14 days to manufacture the items after receiving full payment. This time frame is only an approximation, as we often complete the products much sooner than two weeks. Once manufactured, it is packaged discretely and securely, and handed over to the courier service.

Delivery, however, depends on your destination. If you are located within the EU, it usually takes between 4-7 days, whereas overseas shipping might take between 10-14 working days.

Please note that ready-made items are shipped directly, since we skip the manufacturing process.

I want to change my order – is it possible?

After the payment is complete, there is usually no chance to make additional changes or cancel the order. The reason for this is due to our tailor made manufacturing process, and the fact that we might have already started with the production of your individual model.

Nevertheless, it is always worth asking, so please don’t hesitate to contact us via email – we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I return my product?

Since most of our orders are customized and tailor-made, they cannot be returned. And it makes sense, right? Each product is unique, and designed according to your own preferences when it comes to size, fabric, and other considerations.

Please note, that according to European regulations, the right to withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of products, which were made according to the customer’s specification.

Exemptions, however, apply to our category of ready-made items. These can be returned since no special requirement has been placed during their manufacturing process.

You can, of course, return a damaged product, or a product that doesn’t meet your specified requirements, which were expressed before placing the order.

I am not receiving the newsletter. How to fix that?

In order to receive our newsletter, which features news, promotions and special giveaways, simply subscribe here, and you will be notified of upcoming models of adult onesies, abdl dungarees, diaper panties and much more.

Once subscribed, make sure to whitelist our e-mail address, by adding it to your contact book, for otherwise it might end up in the SPAM folder.

Do you ship to DHL pack stations or other?

Unfortunately no, we currently do not send packages to DHL Packstation. This is due to the large number of returns in the past. However, we still have the option to send to pickup points such as GLS Parcelshop, etc.

Can I suggest my own ideas and designs, and have them ordered as Privatina clothes?

Of course! It is always our pleasure to materialize your creative ideas. When it comes to custom made adult baby clothing and ageplaying apparel, we believe that only the sky should be the limit!

My address does not fit the format – what should I do?

Providing the correct address format is crucial to a successful delivery. Therefore, if you have difficulties entering your exact address format in one of the fields during checkout, please write it in proper format in the comment to your order. It is also important to leave your phone number, as it will be very helpful for the courier to reach you securely and discretely.

What is the cost of shipping at Privatina?

The cost of shipping depends on your destination, as well as the weight of your order. Both of these will be calculated and specified during checkout, before you confirm your purchase.

I want a VAT invoice. Do you sell directly to companies?

Of course! Simply contact us via e-mail, at and we will reach out to clarify any details if necessary.

How do I check the status of my order?

The status of your Privatina order is visible in your customer’s account.

I have placed an order, but haven’t received the confirmation via e-mail.

Please make sure to check the SPAM folder. You can also whitelist our address by adding it to your contacts, which ensures proper delivery during next purchases.

Will I be charged for additional custom duties in my country when ordering from Privatina?

If you are located within the EU, no extra charges will be placed on your order upon arrival. However, if you are located outside of the EU, everything depends on your local custom regulations.
